Meyle+Müller, a century-old media production company based in Pforzheim with about 350 employees and international sites, needed to accelerate its digital transformation by moving away from paper-based HR and administrative workflows. The company aimed to streamline employment contract signing, reduce manual paperwork and consumables, and present a modern, attractive employer brand to recruits.
Meyle+Müller implemented Adobe Sign (Adobe Document Cloud), using a browser-based workflow with fillable fields, ordered signatories, mobile signing and detailed audit trails that meet legal requirements. The change cut contract turnaround from days to minutes, reduced paper use (about 20 sheets per document process), improved HR efficiency and employer perception, and paved the way to extend e-signatures to client and vendor contracts.
