The firm needed to optimize pages for content discovery, improve lead generation and mobile usability, and eliminate guesswork from content decisions.
Siteworx deployed Adobe Marketing Cloud—Experience Manager, Analytics, and Target—using responsive design, reusable templates, rich-media integration, and a comprehensive taxonomy/tagging system, plus A/B and multivariate testing for continuous optimization. The result: faster content publishing, data-driven personalization, improved search and mobile experiences (including interactive office maps), higher engagement and lower bounce rates, and recognition as Best‑in‑Class Website at the 2013 Interactive Media Awards.
