M1, Singapore’s telecom operator, was looking to evolve from a mobile provider into a broader digital network operator while meeting rising customer expectations for seamless, personalized experiences. To support this shift, M1 worked with Adobe to overhaul its digital customer journey and refresh its brand, with a particular focus on its customer-facing website and personalization capabilities.
Adobe implemented Adobe Experience Manager on the external website, supported by Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target, along with a new UI/UX and technical consultancy throughout the project. The result was a stronger data foundation for M1, enabling hyper-personalized recommendations, real-time insights, and actionable analytics across the customer journey, helping M1 deliver a more frictionless, holistic experience.
