Lovesac builds a customer experience platform for life with Adobe Commerce

Lovesac, the fast-growing furniture retailer known for its modular Sactionals and “designed for life” products, needed a more flexible ecommerce platform to support growth, personalization, and a rapidly shifting online sales environment. The company wanted a digital experience that could scale with its business, adapt to emerging technologies, and help customers build and customize products online, so it turned to Adobe Commerce, powered by Magento.

Adobe, working with Blue Acorn iCi, an Infosys company, implemented Adobe Commerce to create a personalized virtual showroom experience, including an interactive product configurator and tailored journeys based on traffic source and shopper behavior. The result was a faster, more adaptable website launched in August 2020, with double-digit growth in conversion rates and average order values, plus lower bounce rates and stronger engagement with product pages and configurator content.
