LOTTE Rental launched MYOMEE, a lifestyle rental platform in Korea to serve millennials and “try-sumers” with short-term rentals across categories like baby gear, travel, fashion, and home. The company needed a curated, mobile-first customer experience, deeper data-driven insights and personalization, and had to decide between building on-premise or adopting a cloud solution to scale and improve marketing effectiveness.

LOTTE Rental selected Adobe Experience Cloud—primarily Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target Premium—to create unified customer profiles, run real-time automated recommendations, and power testing and targeting across web and mobile.
