The tools gave leaders visibility into capacity and bottlenecks, helped teams focus on critical work, improved efficiency through insourcing (saving several million dollars a year), and equipped executives with metrics and dashboards to track progress and priorities; ongoing API integrations extend the platform with DAM and other systems.
