Leading research university supports 21st century learning model with Adobe Creative Suite 5 Master Collection Enterprise License Agreement

Case Western Reserve University, a leading research institution in Cleveland, needed to bring 21st-century digital literacy campus‑wide—equipping faculty, students, and staff with industry‑standard creative tools cost‑effectively to enhance teaching, research, and recruitment while enabling new, technology‑driven learning experiences.

CWRU established an Enterprise License Agreement with Adobe to provide campus access to Adobe Creative Suite 5 Master Collection and rolled out Adobe Connect for eLearning and web conferencing. Within three months more than 4,300 people (over one‑third of the university) downloaded the software; Connect usage peaked at 120,000 minutes/month. The initiative refreshed curricula, enabled interactive simulations and advanced data visualizations, improved recruitment appeal, and consolidated software costs.
