Kyndryl deploys a new martech stack from the ground up with Adobe Experience Cloud

Kyndryl, the global infrastructure services company spun off from IBM, needed to quickly build a new marketing technology stack from scratch while maintaining support for 4,000 customers across 41 countries. The company chose Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Assets, Analytics, Target, Marketo Engage, Workfront, and Creative Cloud, to launch its digital presence at startup speed and scale.

With help from Adobe, Kyndryl launched a new website in just eight weeks and rolled it out across 14 global markets with reusable templates and components. Adobe also helped reduce page creation time from more than a day with a developer to under an hour for a marketer, established a foundation for personalization, and improved content and campaign workflows across the business.
