Kuhn Krause, a division of Kuhn North America that manufactures tillage and grain-drill equipment sold through 350+ dealers, struggled with a paper- and fax-based ordering process that caused lost or illegible orders, approval delays, and the risk of producing incorrect machines. Dealer agreements and internal pricing approvals could take days to weeks as documents moved between territory managers, sales, and operations.
By adopting Adobe Document Cloud and Adobe Sign, Kuhn Krause streamlined ordering and approvals: order processing dropped from a minimum of two days to about 30 minutes, dealer agreements went from a week to minutes, lost orders were eliminated, and paper costs fell fivefold. The e-signature solution also improved tracking, record-keeping, and the ability to collect multiple internal approvals quickly, and has been expanded across the parent company.
