Jomashop, a New York–based retailer founded in 1987 that sells watches, writing instruments, handbags, and accessories, had outgrown its original SaaS e‑commerce platform and needed a more sophisticated, scalable site. Jomashop implemented Magento Commerce with partner Corra and Commerce Cloud, enabling faster page loads, a mobile‑friendly responsive theme, expanded product categories, and self‑service marketing and personalization across channels. The new platform drove strong business gains: 27% increase in sales conversions year over year, 32% more repeat purchases, 43% longer session durations, roughly 40% YoY online sales growth in 2016, and marketing ROIs ranging from 20x to 250x on specific campaigns.
