JLL, a global commercial real estate services leader, needed a better way to manage creative requests, reduce administrative burden on designers, and prove the value of its creative team to leadership. Before working with Adobe, the team relied on email and spreadsheets to handle thousands of marketing and sales assets, making it harder to coordinate work and avoid burnout. Adobe Workfront, alongside Adobe Creative Cloud tools, was used to bring more structure to the process.
Adobe implemented Workfront across JLL’s marketing, IT, and PMO teams to centralize workflows, improve visibility, and support reporting. The results were significant: JLL increased design deliverables by 260% in two years to nearly 10,000 assets annually, produced more than 200 reports each year, and achieved the highest job satisfaction rating among its global marketing teams.
