Intercontinental Exchange modernizes documentation for the global market

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), a global financial markets operator, needed faster, more secure, and more efficient document workflows across sales, legal, operations, and HR. To replace its previous e-signature vendor, ICE adopted Adobe Acrobat Sign from Adobe Document Cloud to reduce paper use and speed up onboarding and signing for a worldwide workforce and customer base.

Adobe implemented the migration in just three months, with integrations for Salesforce, Microsoft SharePoint, ServiceNow, and other systems to keep contracts and records flowing automatically. Since moving to Adobe Acrobat Sign, ICE has processed more than 60,000 documents in two years, and contracts now take an average of just seven minutes to complete, while also improving security and reducing manual paperwork.
