Insurance association uses Adobe LiveCycle® ES solutions to accelerate processing health information forms

The Danish Centre of Health and Insurance, which advises insurers and pension funds on medical appraisals, struggled with slow, paper-based collection of applicants’ health histories that delayed underwriting, increased costs and exposed highly sensitive personal data to security and tracking issues.

In partnership with Dafolo they deployed HEFO Forms built on Adobe LiveCycle ES (Forms and Reader Extensions): secure, dynamic PDF forms available online that validate input, store data as XML, and include encryption and tracking IDs. The change cut processing from months to days, reduced an 80‑page workflow to one intelligent form, improved data accuracy, lowered costs and boosted insurers’ market appeal.
