A Adobe Case Study
Kernel, the in-house creative agency for Spectrum Reach, needed to launch a hyperlocal brand relaunch campaign during the pandemic, but it had to scale one TV spot into 36 core versions and more than 600 deliverables across 30+ markets in just about 12 weeks. The team also faced social-distancing restrictions that made full-scale video shoots difficult, while still needing to tailor messaging for different markets, audiences, and business categories.
Using Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including After Effects, Adobe Stock, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Audition, Premiere Pro, and InDesign, Adobe helped Kernel build a repeatable localization workflow with templates, pre-comps, and shared cloud collaboration. The result was a highly scalable process that enabled Kernel to create thousands of customized versions quickly, with faster turnaround, less room for error, and a new model for local video campaign production.
