Rapid growth—doubling to about 1,300 employees—made consistent training difficult: flying new hires to a central center was costly, webinars lacked interactivity, and there was no reliable way to track learning or retention.
By adopting Adobe Captivate and the Adobe Captivate Prime LMS, IES created interactive, mobile‑friendly eLearning modules without needing developers and can publish courses to any device in under an hour. The platform’s dashboards, reporting, badges and notes improved learner engagement and visibility, enabled sharing of 23+ courses across the company, and helped maintain service quality while supporting continued business growth.
