IDEXX Laboratories, a global leader in diagnostics and IT solutions for animal health serving more than 50,000 veterinary practices, needed a way to educate busy practitioners, simplify complex products and practice-management workflows, and differentiate the company by building customer satisfaction and loyalty. The challenge was to deliver high-impact, accessible learning and support that fit clinicians’ schedules and strengthened relationships across a diverse audience of vets, technicians and managers.
IDEXX solved this by using Adobe Connect for Webinars—leveraging persistent meeting rooms, reusable layouts, a shared content library and LMS integration—to produce interactive, multimedia sessions (live and recorded) with polling, chat and screen sharing. The approach enabled hundreds of webinars annually across desktop and mobile, improved customer engagement and repeat business, supported virtual sales and training without travel, and helped IDEXX expand its learning program internationally.
