HP Asia‑Pacific needed a fast, cost‑effective way to deliver localized e‑commerce across multiple countries and customer segments while driving online‑to‑offline sales. The challenge was to launch five regional stores on a single platform, enable Click & Collect and endless‑aisle experiences, and retain local payment, fulfillment and language capabilities without sacrificing centralized control or agility.
HP implemented a single Adobe Commerce Cloud instance with a three‑tier structure (core, “HP Universe” omnichannel layer, and regional hubs) to deliver common controls and local flexibility. The rollout produced rapid results: a Click & Collect pilot in India drove 26% of PC buyers to pick up in store, HP launched 600 Click & Collect stores in India, delivered 600 new features in 130 releases, and scaled the approach to 27 markets worldwide.
