The decentralized organization required a solution that could be centrally managed but customized locally across subsidiaries.

Working with Youwe, Vink VTS implemented Adobe Commerce with a Dynamics AX web‑service integration and a central repository that local teams can override as needed. The site went live in May 2017 and delivered strong results: +160% webshop orders, online orders reaching ~20% of sales within seven months, page loads under 2 seconds, a significant drop in internal sales calls (‑15%), and rapid rollout to 10+ subsidiaries.
