A Adobe Case Study
Under Armour, the Baltimore-based performance sportswear brand, struggled with hundreds of thousands of creative assets scattered across SharePoint, Dropbox, file servers and USB drives, which caused duplication, slow campaign assembly and cumbersome license management for hundreds of users. The company needed a single, secure source of truth to make product photos, videos and marketing assets easy to find and share—internally and with wholesale partners.
Under Armour centralized 5 TB of content into Adobe Experience Manager Assets and tied Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Sensei, Workfront and Named User Licensing into the workflow, adding automated tagging via MDM and an Asset Share Portal for partner self-service. The result: upload times cut in half, automated metadata and single sign‑on that save about 4 hours per user across 1,000+ users, monthly downloads and daily active users more than doubled, reduced storage costs and duplication, and faster development cycles (months to three weeks).
