The PGA TOUR faced a modern-fan challenge: transform a traditional sport into a 24/7, multi-platform entertainment brand that attracts younger, more diverse audiences who expect personalized, real-time content. With a new fan-centric strategy and the TOUR’s first VP of Fan Engagement, leadership needed to future‑proof digital experiences and win attention across web, apps, social and TV.
Using Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, Audience Manager, Target, Advertising Cloud, Creative Cloud and more) the TOUR created a single view of fans, segmented audiences, ran A/B tests and automated personalized content and highlights. The results: +9% global unique visitors, +26% global visits, 422% gross platform engagements, a jump to 500–600 weekly highlights, a larger in‑house digital team and new products like Every Shot Live to deepen engagement.
