Adobe implemented Marketo Engage and its SDK to power targeted push notifications, in-app ordering for food and beverages, and personalized fan messaging tied to game-day behavior. The results included 50% revenue growth since last March, a 36% increase in click rates, and a 28% rise in open rates, while also helping smooth concession demand and improve social distancing at the arena.
