The Home Depot, an Adobe Experience Cloud customer, faced the challenge of connecting its physical stores and digital channels as shoppers increasingly started their journey online and expected seamless options like BOPIS and mobile-assisted shopping. To meet these changing expectations, The Home Depot turned to Adobe to help bridge the gap between in-store and online experiences.

Adobe Experience Cloud helped The Home Depot build an interconnected retail experience through analytics, personalization, and audience management, supported by a mobile app with visual search, voice search, wayfinding, and an “endless aisle” of more than 1.5 million online products. The results included nearly 48 percent of online orders using buy online, pick up in store, and about 20 percent of those customers making additional purchases during the same store visit.
