Working with Best Response Media, Rubik’s migrated to Adobe Commerce in a headless, cloud‑hosted architecture on AWS and launched in four months. The new site delivered sub‑one‑second load times, richer product content, express checkout (Braintree) with postcode lookup, and integrated warehouse, email and feed systems, plus easy multi‑country management. Results included +150% UK revenue in the first six months, +500% France YoY, a 20% drop in bounce rate, 30% lower cart abandonment, AOV rising from £12 to £17, and a doubled conversion rate.
