Mohawk Industries, a global flooring company, needed to speed up its digital transformation and better manage growing volumes of digital content as customer expectations rose during COVID-19. Working with Adobe, the company used Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Experience Manager Assets as a Cloud Service and Adobe Workfront, to replace a fragmented, manual process with a scalable cloud-based approach.
Adobe helped Mohawk improve asset management, collaboration, and governance across its marketing operations. The company gained wider adoption of its DAM platform, enabled self-service access for nearly 3,000 salespeople and 2,000 independent retailers, and expects more than $5 million in incremental revenue plus over $1 million in capacity gains; Mohawk also says the integrated Adobe solution reduced time to market by 85%.
