Sugarfina, a Los Angeles “candy boutique for grown-ups” founded in 2012, scaled rapidly to roughly $25M in revenue and dozens of stores but outgrew its Magento Open Source webstore. The company needed an online experience that matched its in‑store luxury, faster page loads, innovative features for gifting and personalization, and a platform that could support global expansion.

Partnering with Corra to upgrade to Adobe Commerce, Sugarfina launched a rebuilt site with Design Your Own Candy Bento Box personalization, multiple gift‑wrapping and note options, visual product search, a redesigned store locator and customizable homepage widgets. The new site—running U.S., Canadian and UK stores on one platform—went live before the holidays, improved page performance, drove +15% Black Friday sales year‑over‑year and supported the brand’s continued growth.
