How HP Delivers a Local Experience with Adobe Commerce Cloud

HP Asia-Pacific, part of HP Inc.’s global eCommerce organization, needed a way to deliver localized online shopping experiences across multiple countries while supporting an online-to-offline sales strategy. The team wanted to launch five regional stores across Asia-Pacific on one platform, with features like Click & Collect, in-store demos, and endless aisle capabilities, all while moving quickly and keeping costs sustainable.

Using Adobe Commerce Cloud, HP Asia-Pacific built a flexible multi-store architecture with shared core functionality and local regional capabilities for payments, logistics, language, and order management. Adobe helped HP roll out its Click & Collect pilot in India, where 26% of consumer PC customers chose in-store pickup after four months, boosting foot traffic and reducing shipping costs. Across the first 18 months after launch, HP delivered over 600 new features and enhancements in 130 releases, and Adobe Commerce Cloud enabled HP to expand the model to additional markets worldwide.
