How Health Infrastructure simplified its work-from-home transition

Health Infrastructure, a New South Wales government health agency, faced a sudden work-from-home transition during the COVID-19 pandemic while still needing to keep document review and approval processes moving. The team was already digitizing most records, and with Adobe Acrobat Sign and Adobe Acrobat in use, they needed a faster way to extend e-signature capabilities across the organization and support remote collaboration through Microsoft Teams.

Adobe expanded the Acrobat Sign deployment and integrated it with Microsoft Teams so staff could send documents for signature, track status, and store completed files securely in the Teams library. The results were significant: documents that once took up to two weeks to return were completed in about two days, while administrators no longer needed to print 300-page contracts, reducing paper use, printer access, costs, and lost productivity.
