Equinox, the luxury fitness brand known for its high-performance clubs, faced the challenge of extending its premium, community-driven in-club experience into seamless digital products without introducing friction that could derail members’ motivation. The UX team needed to deliver personalized, time-efficient experiences across web, mobile and email that preserved the brand’s standards and encouraged members to engage with their fitness journeys outside the gym.
By adopting Adobe XD, Equinox built data-driven, story-led digital experiences—such as annual performance summaries, class booking and personalized recommendations—designed simultaneously across channels. The result was strong member engagement and positive feedback, a shift to experience-first design across teams, and a tighter feedback loop between digital behavior and in-club programming that helps retain and motivate members.
