How ELEMIS London is utilizing a technology-forward approach to skincare and e-commerce

Elemis London, a luxury skincare brand, needed to upgrade its global e-commerce experience as mobile traffic surged to more than 70% and its existing Magento 1 site was too slow and not mobile-first. To future-proof its online business, Elemis turned to Adobe Magento Commerce with PWA Studio to build a progressive web app storefront.

Adobe helped Elemis implement Magento 2 in the cloud with a PWA experience across the UK, US, and EU, using Adobe solution partner Corra and its FWRD accelerator. The new storefront cut load time from 7.58 seconds to 2.98 seconds and drove a 137% increase in mobile transactions plus 85% growth in mobile conversion rates, while also saving time for marketing teams through Adobe Page Builder and enabling faster content updates.
