Devro implemented Adobe Workfront as a single work-management system, standardizing workflows while allowing team-level customization and centralizing project documents. The change unified six countries into one global process, supported the launch of new products like Fine Ultra, expanded into other business areas, and cut report preparation from two days to about 30 minutes (a 90% reduction) while increasing stakeholder visibility, engagement, and overall productivity.
