Catbird is a Brooklyn-based jewelry brand founded in 2004 known for handcrafted, trend-setting pieces. Although their Magento 1 store performed well on desktop, Catbird’s young, mobile-first customer base required a more elegant, story-driven and highly functional mobile commerce experience with better product pages, intuitive navigation and features like wishlists and same-day shipping.

Working with Imagination Media, Catbird upgraded to Adobe Commerce and launched a custom, mobile-first theme and backend tools (inventory messaging, wishlist and gift messaging, visual merchandiser, Zendesk integration) in a six-month relaunch. The result: a dramatically improved mobile experience and strong business gains — +445% mobile transactions, +51.52% mobile conversion, +30% mobile revenue growth, and a 17% overall conversion lift in Q4 year-over-year.
