How ASUS built a dream experience for gamers and resellers

ASUS, a leading PC and gaming hardware maker (est. 1989), faced the challenge of modernizing its Singapore business by adding e-commerce while preserving strong reseller relationships. The company needed a single platform to support both B2C and B2B sales, improve communication and inventory tracking with resellers, and deliver a seamless online-to-offline (O2O) brand experience that resonated with gamers.

Working with SmartOSC on Adobe Commerce, ASUS launched a unified B2B/B2C site with a bespoke PC configurator, integrated CRM/OMS and ERP systems, a reseller partner program and PayPal parallel checkout to automate revenue splits. The result: a 56% YoY revenue increase, 59% more transactions and 32% more web sessions, plus simplified reseller accounting, better inventory tracking and stronger channel relationships.
