Accent Group, an Australian footwear retailer that owns brands like Vans, Timberland and The Athlete’s Foot and operates 430+ stores, needed to modernize its customer experience for mobile and omnichannel shoppers. The company’s goals were to deliver engaging mobile experiences, enable online purchase with in-store pickup, and recreate a reliable online fitting experience that matched its personalized in-store service.
Working with eWave, Accent Group replatformed key brands to Adobe Commerce, adding a mobile app–like theme, Instagram commerce integration, Click & Collect and Click & Dispatch capabilities, and a MyFit online fitting integration plus ERP and fulfillment connections. The changes drove rapid growth—sales grew 10x in 10 months, conversion rates doubled, and in-store pickup and dispatch now account for a significant share of digital sales—supporting a new digital hub and ongoing omnichannel strategy.
