By integrating Adobe Sign with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SharePoint, Hitachi Solutions implemented fully digital, automated agreement workflows and a single customer record. The change cut contract turnaround from more than 10 working days to about 2 (an 80% reduction), halved the time spent processing paperwork, improved compliance and auditability, freed up billable hours, and eliminated paper storage costs.
