HFF, a leading U.S. commercial real estate intermediary with 23 offices and nearly 200 Creative Cloud users supporting about $76 billion in annual transactions, needed to present properties consistently and compellingly across web, mobile, and print. The firm faced challenges coordinating designers and experts across offices, keeping branding and assets up to date, managing software licenses centrally, and producing high-quality materials that build buyer confidence.

HFF deployed Adobe Creative Cloud for enterprise, Adobe Stock for enterprise, Adobe Document Cloud, and Adobe Marketing Cloud (including Experience Manager and Analytics). The tools enabled shared Creative Cloud Libraries, streamlined stock-photo licensing and comp-to-license workflows, centralized license management for ~200 designers, reuse of assets across web and mobile, in-house video and PDF production, and better content analytics—resulting in lower costs, faster collaboration, consistent branding, and more effective marketing materials.
