Global Reach Internet Productions, founded in 1995, is a web content management and development firm that serves more than 600 clients across industries. Facing demand for larger, more complex, secure, and high‑performance sites, the company needed to expand its SiteViz platform and service offerings to win bigger clients while keeping developer productivity and application reliability high.

Global Reach built SiteViz as a library of self‑contained Adobe ColdFusion modules, leveraging ColdFusion features (CFHTTP, CFQUERY) to speed integrations and simplify development, and scaled to ColdFusion Enterprise clusters with caching, database redundancy, firewalls, and load balancers.
