Case Study: Hyatt achieves centralized digital-asset management, faster site updates, and increased bookings with Adobe Marketing Cloud

A Adobe Case Study

Global hospitality leader improves digital asset management and delivery across channels using Adobe Marketing Cloud

Hyatt, a global hospitality leader with more than 600 properties and nearly 97,000 associates, needed to deliver consistent, high-quality customer journeys across channels and devices while managing tens of thousands of approved assets. The challenge was to distribute content creation to many authors worldwide without losing centralized control, and to streamline slow, manual image workflows that relied on disparate file sharing.

Working with Valtech, Hyatt implemented Adobe Experience Manager Assets and Sites along with Adobe Analytics, Target, and Creative Cloud to centralize roughly 70,000 images and associated legal documents, apply detailed metadata, automate nightly content feeds, and provide template-based, drag-and-drop authoring. The result: faster site updates (from weeks to minutes), improved asset discoverability and brand control, quantified increases in traffic and revenue via A/B testing (e.g., higher booking funnel entry after UI changes), and empowered content authors globally.
