Global digital marketing think tank makes the most of virtual meetings to share knowledge and best practices

SoDA, the digital society, is a global digital marketing think tank with a core membership of C‑level executives spanning six continents, 40 countries and about 110 member companies. The organization needed a reliable way to keep its dispersed board and wider membership connected and efficient—running monthly board meetings, frequent roundtables and an educational Academy—while supporting multimedia conferencing, document sharing, voting and archival access across time zones.

SoDA adopted Adobe Connect to host board meetings, 70–100 webinars annually (up to ~200 attendees), and focused show‑and‑tell sessions, using chat, polling, screen and video sharing, recording and on‑demand archives. The solution streamlined voting and document access, improved leadership efficiency, connected global members more easily, expanded SoDA’s educational reach, and simplified knowledge archiving and sharing.
