GenesisCare overhauls website to enhance care experiences for cancer patients and doctors

GenesisCare, a global cancer care provider, needed to replace an aging WordPress CMS and fix broken enquiry forms that were hurting patient and doctor experiences across its many websites. The company also wanted to improve patient enquiries, physician referrals, and appointment bookings while making content updates faster and more consistent. GenesisCare turned to Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Adobe Experience Manager Forms, and Adobe Analytics, with support from Accenture.

Adobe helped GenesisCare re-platform to a centralized, cloud-based Adobe Experience Manager environment with brand-compliant templates, local content flexibility, and integrated analytics and CRM workflows. The new physician referral form streamlined triage and tracking, while the site improved access to oncology information and clinical trials. Results included 85% year-over-year growth in physician referrals, 47% more enquiries, and conversion rates of 68% from referrals and 27% from enquiries, while publishing became faster and on-demand.
