FTD, a leader in floral and gift delivery, needed to speed up website changes, standardize content across multiple platforms, and manage a massive library of visual assets ahead of peak demand. To do this, FTD adopted Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target, to support a more flexible and personalized customer experience.

Adobe implemented a unified, headless content management and digital asset management approach for FTD, with NextRow Digital helping migrate more than 12 TB of image data before Valentine’s Day. The result was faster feature rollout, less troubleshooting, better asset sharing across brands, and more informed decisions from website data and insights.
