Preview of the Fox Networks Group Case Study

Fox Networks Group Germany creative services team delivers close to 1,500 trailers and promo spots for on-air and digital channels annually following switch from Avid to Adobe Premiere Pro

Fox Networks Group Germany’s 45-person creative services team in Munich produces promos for FOX and National Geographic across the DACH region and faced a rapid shift from broadcast to digital: roughly two-thirds of output is now for online and social channels, with tight two- to three-day turnarounds and up to 1,500 original and localized spots required annually. Their legacy Avid-based workflow, which forced time-consuming renders and imports when working with After Effects, was limiting throughput and creative focus.

The team migrated to Adobe Creative Cloud—primarily Premiere Pro tightly integrated with After Effects—after targeted training, enabling editing of raw files, interchangeable aspect ratios, and eliminating repeated renders/imports. The new workflow sped production, met the growing digital workload, and allowed FNG Germany to deliver up to 1,500 spots a year while freeing editors to focus on creativity and reach audiences across apps, channels, and devices.
