FCB Global improves agency network’s operational efficiency using Adobe Workfront

FCB (Foote, Cone & Belding) is a global, full‑service advertising agency with more than 8,000 people in 80 countries. As work became increasingly project‑based, teams relied on disparate tools (Basecamp, Word, Excel and email), had limited visibility into upcoming work and resource availability, and spent excessive time on manual status updates, HotSheets and meetings—about 20 hours per week across offices (roughly 1,000 hours annually).

FCB deployed Adobe Workfront across 13 business units, appointing dedicated administrators and rolling out templates, request queues, custom forms, dashboards and an SAP integration to centralize planning, resourcing and reporting. The platform eliminated shared spreadsheets and automated HotSheets, improved estimate accuracy and cross‑collaboration, reduced status‑meeting time (about two hours/week for some roles), and increased productivity—saving an estimated 1,000 billable hours annually and materially improving operational efficiency.
