ESS and Gloucestershire College create better enrolment experiences with Adobe Acrobat Sign

Gloucestershire College, an innovative further and higher education provider in the UK, needed a faster, paperless way to handle student enrolment and learning agreements as COVID-19 made on-campus sign-ups difficult. Working with ESS and Adobe Acrobat Sign, the college sought to replace slow, paper-based signatures with a digital workflow that would also support government funding requirements.

Adobe Acrobat Sign, integrated with ESS’s UNIT-e system, enabled Gloucestershire College to roll out electronic signatures quickly and smoothly. The college processed more than 5,000 enrolments, cut annual paper-handling costs by about £7,000, removed six filing cabinets, and freed up space for five additional desks, while making enrolment faster and more convenient for students and staff.
