Electronics for Imaging (EFI), a Fremont-based leader in digital printing with 2,500+ employees, needed to modernize its marketing stack to support personalized customer engagement across multiple business units, replace a retiring automation system, scale campaigns, adapt in-person events to virtual formats, and integrate more tightly with Salesforce CRM.

EFI implemented Adobe Marketo Engage (with partner DemandGen), enabling a five-person centralized team to run 700 customized campaigns in up to 18 languages, reduce campaign translation time from 28 to 1.5 hours via XTM integration, support dozens of internal partners with zero Marketo-related IT tickets, and streamline virtual events and sales enablement through tight Salesforce/MSI integration.
