The agreement cut per-seat license costs by about 50%, saved nearly $1 million in annual license expenses, reduced deployment time to three–four hours, lowered license management time by as much as 90%, and improved security and collaboration—enabling thousands of desktops to move toward paperless processes with predictable upgrade costs.
