Editorial Televisa, the world’s largest Spanish‑language publishing group with more than 186 titles, began expanding into tablets and smartphones in 2010 to grow reach and brand awareness. Entering a market with no digital-magazine precedent in Mexico, the company had to retrain staff, redefine editorial workflows, and find a profitable, scalable way to publish standard digital content across devices.
Editorial Televisa adopted Adobe Digital Publishing Suite (Enterprise) for its familiarity with Adobe tools, scalability, and Analytics integration. With DPS they sped digital production—growing from 6 to 19 titles in eight months (and to 26 by mid‑2014)—streamlined iPad-to-Android conversion, enabled monetization and user analytics, and solidified their leadership in the Spanish‑language digital content market.
