East Carolina University encourages creativity for all with Adobe Creative Cloud

East Carolina University, a Creative Campus focused on digital literacy and creativity, needed a way to give students and faculty equitable access to industry-standard creative tools and help them build stronger communication skills. The university turned to Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Express, Adobe Premiere Rush, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to support teaching across disciplines from geology to music and design.

With support from Adobe, ECU provided Creative Cloud licenses to faculty and course-based student users, trained faculty through bootcamps, and embedded student ambassadors in departments to promote adoption. The result was more dynamic presentations, faster video creation, better prototyping, and greater flexibility for students to work across devices and locations, helping ECU strengthen creativity, collaboration, and digital literacy across campus.
