A Adobe Case Study
Omnicom Group partnered with Adobe on a Creative Jam design challenge to strengthen diversity, equity, and inclusion across its agency network. Using Adobe XD and Adobe Stock, 99 participants from 11 agencies were tasked with designing a fictional desktop app that could support DE&I goals such as responsibility, opportunity, and accountability for Omnicom employees.
Adobe led the six-day challenge and helped teams prototype solutions that impressed judges with their quality and relevance. Five finalist apps were selected, the competition was extremely close, and the winning teams earned further Adobe XD training and certification; their apps will also be presented to Omnicom leadership for potential implementation, extending the impact of Adobe’s collaboration.
