Deloitte delivering richer, responsive online experiences to users worldwide

Deloitte, a global professional-services network of about 210,000 people across 150+ countries, faced a fragmented, labor-intensive web presence made up of many local sites and languages. The inconsistent experiences made it hard to present a unified brand, optimize for mobile, tailor content by geography or interest, and support efficient updates from roughly 600 contributors.

To fix this, Deloitte adopted Adobe Marketing Cloud—primarily Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target—to rebuild Deloitte.com with responsive, modular content and multisite management. The new platform enabled localized publishing, richer personalization and insights, roughly 2x faster content updates, a standardized global brand footprint, improved mobile engagement, and dozens of member sites already live or in progress.
