By adopting Adobe Experience Cloud (Advertising Cloud, Analytics, Audience Manager, Target, and Sensei) Deakin stitched together CRM, web and marketing data to create tailored cross-channel journeys—notably re-engaging people with unfinished applications via personalized site experiences, ads and email. The initiative generated nearly $1M in additional revenue, improved targeting and enrollment, delivered personalization at scale, and freed marketing teams to focus on strategy and innovation.
